It was that time of ear again as celebrities far and wide descended upon
Charlotte, North Carolina for CIAA Tournament Week. The festivities are
an annual basketball tournament held by the Central Intercollegiate
Athletic Association, a conference that mainly consists of Division II
level historically black colleges and universities.
